Marine Operations
Crews and operates the five-vessel fleet, plans passages and jobs, maintains watchkeeping and navigational standards, and delivers towage, workboat, ferry and crew transfer services safely within each vessel's certificate of operation.

Who works here
Lachlan Brody
Lachlan holds a Master up to 45 metres near coastal certificate and has run the fleet operations and rosters for six years.
Tahlia Rees
Tahlia is a Coxswain Grade 1 who skippers the workboat on harbour and near coastal jobs and has been on the fleet for four years.
Ollie Brennan
Ollie is a deckhand across the workboat and ferry, handling lines, passengers and deck checks, and joined the company last year.
Where the work is recorded
Fleet and Vessel Register
Holds each vessel's particulars, certificate and survey status, operating limits and current availability.
Job and Booking Register
Records every vessel job, ship movement attendance, charter, slipway booking and marina berth booking with the crew and times.
Marine Incident and Hazard Register
Records injuries, near misses, spills, contacts, equipment failures and security events across the fleet and sites, with regulator reporting and corrective actions.
